I understand the original poster's point, because I took the time to understand it rather than jump to emotional irrational arguments. The point is that humans will always have some group that's 'different' that they will pick on and blame for their problems, rather than looking internally. It's that easy answer/instant gratification syndrome.

I'm not going to debate the pros and cons of immigration and illegal immigrants. We all have our opinions and most people don't care to see reason on either side. It's just a hot button on a forum like this.

Funny, I never heard all those businesses WHO WERE BREAKING THE LAW complain about illegals who worked for squat. When they were picked up by INS the companies used to drive to the boarder to pick them right back up!

Wonder how many illegals are maids being paid under the table. Even high paid politicians were caught doing it!

Many motels owned by Indians (not American) in Florida are paying housekeepers under the table! And few are illegals!

The past formation of the country doesn't matter. What matters now is that there is, and has been, laws that state how to enter this country, and any other country, legally. The illegal aliens are not following those laws, which makes them, ILLEGAL. Then they go into emergency rooms and get free health care which we all pay for with our high insurance rates and tax dollars, and their children get educated for free by our tax dollars. They are breaking the law, and deserve to be punished, and that is by removing any benefits they get (health care, education, some welfare benefits etc), deporting them and doing everything we can from preventing future illegal immigration.

I don't know anybody that hates Hispanics.
I'm white and I hire mostly hispanics.

But, illegal mean illegal. We just need to set up a system, a good one, so we don't let just anybody in.

I like people who drive. But they need a license.
I like pilots. But I want them to learn to fly.
I like all peoples but I don't want all of our hospitals, parks, highways and schools crowded with people who can disappear and don't pay taxes.
