“....There is no possible set of circumstances, no possible crisis, emergency or demand through which the GRACE of God cannot find a way, and which the GRACE of God cannot triumphantly deal with and overcome. There is nothing in life with which the GRACE of God cannot cope...."- a bible scholar

The point is that though God's Grace we can accomplish any and all things.

God is Love, and His grace is an extension of that. It is not revenge - punishment to "settle the score". It is not justice - punishing us to hold us accountable. It is not forgiveness - letting it slide and forgetting about it. It is loving and and blessing us with more than we could even imagine, even though we don't deserve it and may have actually been enemies of God. If someone wronged you and you did any of the first 3 things I mentioned but grace, the relationship would either worsen or just stay the same, but love and change come through grace. The greatest example of this is how we were graced by Christ dying on the cross for us, so that we may extend that same grace to all others.

Grace is the name of the age we live in today where we don't have to go to a priest or slaughter an animal to get remission for our sins. The Apostle Paul once said, "Behold, I go before the throne of grace BOLDLY." It meant that we could enter God's presence on our own through prayer and supplication unto God, instead of having to have a sacrement of atonement performed for us by a priest.

Justice is getting what you deserve, i.e., for a crime you committed.

Grace is not getting what you deserve.

We, all being sinners, do not deserve to enter heaven. That is why Jesus went to the cross for us, to pay the price...so that we who believe will be granted access to heaven because God sees us through His son's righteousness.

Grace is what God liberally extends to those who love His son, when we fail, and fail, and fail and fail. The bible says, if we confess our sins, He forgives and restores us.

Important thing to know: saying, oh I'll do this, I know I shouldn't, but God's grace will cover me....isn't the right heart to have. We should always desire to do the right thing, not take advantage of our Savior's mercy.

TEXTS ABOUT GOD'S GRACE: EPH.2:5,8

Is God's Law annuled for us to be "Under Grace" and sin?

We might of not known sin before because we were "under the law: in other means in bondage. Another meaning could be too is a person that doesn't like to abide by the law , but does because they think it's going to save them. No law has saved men; it just points out sin. We're saved by grace, abiding willingly in his law.
ROM.1:16-18; 2:12-29
GAL.3:11-29
HEB. 2:13; 6:12; 7:16-19,22; 10:26,36-39
1JOHN 2:1-6

But isn't a Christian who has faith and is living under grace freed from keeping the law?
"For sin[breaking God's law--1John 3:4] shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace. What then? shall we sin[break the law], because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid." --Rom.6:14-15.
"Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law." Rom.3:31.

Answer: NO! The scriptures teach the very opposite. Grace is like the govenor's pardon to a prisoner. It forgives him, but it does not give him freedom to break one single law on the stature books. The forgiven person, living under grace is under double obligation to keep the law. A person who refuses to keep God's law, saying that he is living under grace, is mistaken. He is living under disgrace.

Jesus is the law in human form. When he is in the heart, keeping the law becomes a pleasure.
Questions:
Didn't Jesus say "I am the way, truth and life?"
Didn't he also say "to follow him?"
Did he keep "the law of God?"

We must do all we can in this life to become perfect like Him. He was the example. What we lack, after doing all we can of what he commands us, His grace will be sufficient for us to become perfect.
