My ex and I dated for 4 years and I do love him, he just wouldn't leave his son's mother alone. Am I crazy? I hate the fact that he is dating another girl. We still talk all day, texting back and forth, internet and phone.

It is really hard to let go sometimesespecially when you have been in a relationship with them for a few years. I understand that it is hard even when the relationship was not so good or bad. We just don't want to imagine the rest of our lives without them since for so long we imagined the rest of our lives with them. Do not speak to him and remember how you felt when he wouldn't leave his son's mother alone. It gets easier as time goes on.

I wouldn't say it is wrong but it is down right selfish. If he was to try to play the role of your man and you were trying to move on, how would you feel? You probably wouldn't like it too much. I think once there has been intimacy, you share a piece of your soul. The feeling you may feel are unexplainable, but you must be strong and be a grown up and if you "say it is over" then "mean it".

Leave him alone, girl. You both have moved on with other people, you should just move on with your life. You'll be happier that way. I know I'm happy as hell to have cut all ties with my exes. When I tried to stay friends with them, it just got messy and complicated. Now that I have no contact with any of them, my man and I are in peaceful bliss!
