Yeah you definintly got strep once you get the time to get to the doctors office you should let him know about that. He will give you a prescription for it and it should be gone within a week and a half but you have to continue taking the medicine even though the spots are gone always finish the medicine.

they don't open until tomorrow? maybe you should go to the ER.
I'll look in my medical book for you and see what it says
well the book says it could be a number of things. Herpes Virus, syphilis, and thrush mainly. It also says that some medications can cause mouth ulcers. It says nothing about strep though.

Pus pockets on your tonsils hope you feel better. Try a salt water gargle it will help soothe the pain and then get a throat culture for strep.

You have strep throat....you are highly contagious...stay away from everyone, especially children until you can get an anitbiotic in you for 2 or 3 days.

the white dots are puss pockets, one of your body's defense mechanisms against infection.
you may have strep throat or possibly tonsilitis.
get started on some antibiotics like ampicillan, keflex or bactrum as soon as possible.
thereflu hot cold medicine and chloraseptic antiseptic spray will alleviate the pain until you see the doctor tomorrow.

You might have strep, although it's impossible to diagnose without a test. You could be very contagious so try keeping away from other people.
