Yes.
While thinking of that. Will a father ever leave his child or not love them? Imagine a thought that God knows all of us. But we don't know him. Like a young child that was born. The father knows who his child is, but not what he will become. But the child needs time to develop himself to be who he will become. Unless we learn who the our father is and his laws and principles while growing up, we will get to be close to him. But if the child rebells and ignor his father, he will leave us. If there is a book that tell us of who he is and what he requires to help us be a man that has knowledge of why we are here and where we will be, life is quite meaningless if we just live to eat, sleep and die, like most of us.
Evidence show that there is only one way to know.
Read the Bible.

Here are a couple of good verses to start this relationship.
His name is Jehovah. (Ps. 83:18)
Draw close to him and he'll draw close to us. (James4:8)
He invite us to know him and promises life forever. (John 17:3)
On earth, not heaven (good people possess the earth) (Ps 37:10, 11)
His Government (kingdom soon to rule) (Daniel 2:44)
No more pain and suffering under his rule. (Revelation 21:3,4)
He tell us that these people will not be part permitted under his rule and will be cut off. (1 Cor 6:9,10)
What faith is. (Hebrew 11:1) (keep reading and you'll find example of the faithful men in the past)
What faith is not. (7:21-23)
What he has done for us as a loving father (John 3:16)
What we must do to live in Paradise in the New World. (John 17:3, Matthew 24:14, Matthew 28:19, 20)

I find great peace because the Love of God is on me. I am comforted by His Love each day with feeling His Presence and His favor being poured out on me.

Yes, I find great comfort knowing that God has created me for a purpose on this earth and that He is my heavenly Father and therefore He is behind me all the way. Perhaps the greatest comfort of all in this Fact is that one day, I will be able to dwell in God's heavenly kingdom with Him in eternal peace.

I don't believe in the god I think you are talking about (the bible god), so it really doesn't matter to me. I do feel like I belong to the human race and that I am part of the world. I find comfort in the fact that I have a rightful place in grand scheme of the world and that I belong here.

No, as I don't believe in god. I find comfort in the fact that I'm alive and that I have my family and friends with me. Thank you for the positive words, though, and I wish you a fabulous day. :)

Yes!!!!!!!
Col 3:23 And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;
Col 3:24 Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.
. Rom 15:4 For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.
2Co 1:3 Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort;
2Co 13:11 Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you.
1Th 5:11 Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.
2Th 2:17 Comfort your hearts, and stablish you in every good word and work.
1Th 4:13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
1Th 4:14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
1Th 4:15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
1Th 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
1Th 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
1Th 4:18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

absolutely! I cannot imagine the hopelessness and lack of self worth I would be plagued with if I had came from a monkey. My beginnings were with God and so will my end be. Comforting thought!

Definitely! I wouldn't be here if it weren't for His grace and protection.
I look back and can remembering wondering where He was, but I'm able to see now, He was there all the time leading and guiding me! And I know He will continue to be there for me until He comes to take me HOME :)
Wonderful question!
God Bless :)
