Three things---first, Whats with all the "Christians Only" crap?

I dont see any other group posting anything "for us only". This is not a secret clubhouse in the back yard. Seems like a weird reverse pycology tactic.
And secondly, I havent been in middle school for a number of years now, I remember KIT meant "keep in touch", but what are all these LOL, LMFAO etc??? Can someone de-code, how am I supposed to know what all this means, in the Q's and A"s? Third, Should I buy real estate in California right now? Or wait? Answer any or all, thanks so much!

These and many many other terms are used all over the internet, not just here. I think most people take for granted that everyone understands them now. I think it all started off as shorthand in chatrooms.

Christians in here tend to be elitist.

First: I see questions here addressed to all sorts of groups. Not long ago someone posted one to humanists only, and there is another one posted to Wiccans only. Nothing wrong with that, since these are the groups the person is looking for an answer from. So far, I've not seen any addressed to "Idiots Only"...

Second: Thanks for the info. I didn't know KIT meant "Keep In Touch". LOL means Laughing Out Loud, and LMFAO means "Lauging My Fat *** Off"...some substitute a different euphimism for "Fat".

Third: No, don't buy real estate in California. Buy it in Florida. There's some really cool property down there going cheap!!

It's not ONLY "Christians Only", I see "Moslems Only", "Atheists Only", etc., all the time here. It simply means the asker wants to address only a certain segment of the community, to get only THEIR opinion. It is not some sort of secret club. It's usually a person from OUTSIDE that group that is asking (such as, an atheist wanting to know the opinions and thoughts of Christians, or a Christian who wants to know about Moslems).

IMHO = in my humble opinion

There is supposed to be a dictionary of acronyms on-line, but I don't remember where it is. Do a search for it (try Google: acronyms).

Real estate in CA....depends on where your buying. I'm in Cali and I would buy right now in the Central Valley, because it's just going to continue to go up, but the Bay and Southern Cal I don't know. It's always going to be expensive here! Good Luck.

They're insecure in their faith and only want to hear from people who agree with them.
There are questions that say "girls only" or "guys only"
I really don't care if they want my opinion or not. If people are only telling them what they want to hear I have to speak up.
