I would have to say on the beach in the Bahamas during sunrise. Missionary position so you can look into your partner's eyes and see the facial expressions as you please one another.

The most romantic place to have sex is by a lake or in your own home just your creativity. You can go and buy some rose petals and lead them to little notes in your house that provide instruction for instance the first note would read please follow these easy steps and pull off your shirt and so on then when she/he get to the bedroom they would be fully undressed and in the middle of the bed would be a heart made out of Hershey Kisses in the middle would be a note that say lay here and wait for pleasure. Anywhere that you two can be alone together and take as long as you both want to. I would imagine that the most romantic place to have sex would be like in a huge beach house, where the bedroom over looks the ocean. And the entire room is just covered in rose petals and the only light is that of the moon and candle light! *sigh*

A garden room. All glass with flowers all around it and then acres of trees for privacy. Just a bed and simple things inside it , very rustic. Then two people who want to meet their own and each others needs. Its best when just by luck that means pretty much the same thing. Then, taking time..........a few days even.......could bring food or ave it delivered. Maybe a small cooler of fridge for drinks. Maybe a small pool outside to get and stay clean. Lots of clean towels. Lots of pillows. Oils, essential oils, etc.. Thats a good start.
