Yes. My son does in the house. Outside, I insist he wears shoes, even if it's his flip flops or slippers. I'm the same way, barefoot indoors & flip flops or slippers outside.

I used to tell my kids a hundred times a day to put their shoes on but the shoes never stay on so I gave up. They have flip-flops and wear those more often since we are in a drought and the grass hurts there feet.

If the floor is clean. No problem. If you have carpets, no problem.
But make sure they know that they must wear shoes but also can enjoy walking barefoot.

yes because all summer that is the way i go.i don't think it would be a good example to tell my children no then do it right in front of them.
