I foster for an animal organization, and guess what, the sad story is that it is kitten season. Most Petsmart stores work with organizations such as the one I work with to place unwanted animals in good homes. You might try calling your local Petsmart and see if they have any group they could recommend. They may see if you can keep them awhile until a place can be found for them, as once again, there are simply more kitty's than the world can absorb at the moment. A real sad lesson when you become responsible for someone else's not being responsible enough to have their animal spayed.

If you can and if you didn't already, you should get these animals their vaccinations. Cats have a disease that they can pick up especially living outdoors called feline lukemia that really is the same aids virus for cats. They, the animal doctors says that it cannot be transmitted to humans but you never know. They could also have rabies and you'd never know. So be careful and do what is right. Protect yourself and your family cats are weird people......uh oh I mean......Queens uh Kings Oh yeah I mean uh animals? Just try to give then away or try taking them to a shelter in another city further away from where you live. Cats carry disease what dogs don't. Beware!! You can also search the web for animal activists that can help u out and you can also search from your pc for shelters that WILL accept your furry friends. Eventhough these cats were stray animals by law they are considered yours, they are YOUR responsibility for good and bad stuff they do, have etc. So, know that if they carry rabies and they bite someone, it's you that have to deal with whatever. Sometimes it's the best thing to just leave the strays where they are. Please believe what I tell you?

Put an ad in the classifieds of your local paper, or call friends that you know want pets. If you have to send them to the shelter as a last resort, do- people always adopt kittens first from shelters, and even being put down would be better than living as strays (they are very likely to get sick and hurt).
If I lived anywhere near you, I would adopt one, but I'm more than a few states away.

Place an ad in the newspaper stating free kittens... The paper should not charge you anything since you're not selling the kitts.. Advice, if you do post an ad.. try to make your statement alphabetical.. Example: Adorable kittens for adoption, ect. Because they place the ads A-Z and you want yours read first so people will contact you. Good luck!!

You can go to your local farm store or maybe even walmart and get whats called mothers milk. It's a milk replacement and you can feed it to them through a bottle. When they get older you can put an ad in the newspaper to see if anyone wants them. We found 3 kittens and bottled fed them, we found a home for one and fell in love with the other 3.

Adopt them out yourself. Do vet checks for the families interested in adopting. At least this way you'll have a fair idea whether they'll go to a respoinsible home or not.

Take care of them for the time being and when they are old enough to be adopted out find them good loving homes.
