What do you mean by this question because teenage girls consider flowers and candy as romantic and beautiful and there is no way possible that you can actually speak for a teenage boy.

Teenage boys rely on sight so... looks are very important to most. Personality comes second.

well grls consider someone beautiful wen they have clear skin (no acne), skinny, slim, pretty face....
most guyz dont care bout personality.. but some do

in my opinion, guys fall into three categories. there are the cute guys, who are decent looking and you just want them to be your younger brother. then there are the hot guys, like the abercrombie and fitch models and then there are the guys whose facial features are perfect, kinda like the guys who model for hugo boss and other top designers.
