I have two ideas for you all... One is take boneless porkchops and brown them on both sides and season with salt and pepper. Then you make 2 to 3 or however many you are serving boxes of stove top stuffing make it on the stove top and add some mushrooms (whole or sliced) (canned or fresh) you can leave them out if no one likes them. get out your crock pot and put some stuffing on the bottom and then put some pork chops in and then more stuffing and then more pork chops and then the rest of the stuffing. Cook on high for atleast an hour and then on low for 30. Very good meal. Second is take boneless porkchops and add some chunky or thick kind of spaghetti sauce add mushrroms or zucchini if you have it (a very robust and chunky sauce is best) and then bake covered on 375 until the chops are done. Put shredded cheese (mozzarella or provolone) on top and broil until cheese is melted and you can serve this over linguini or spaghetti noodles. enjoy

how about a quick and easy pork kabob
cut your pork into 1" cubes
red onion cut into strips
green peppers cut into strips
whole cherry tomatoes
start with pork and alternate with onion, pepper, tomato until all have been used. Now for the secret ingredient marinade your kabobs in golden Italian dressing for about an hour and cook on the BBQ. You could also use chicken, shrimp, beef doesn't matter.

Make some carne asada on the grill. Don't forget the guacamole. You can buy the meat pre-marinated and all you do is throw it on the grill.
