I was wondering the same thing. The one thing I have found out, though, is that there is NO prune juice in it. The site I found that on (Wikipedia) said that the idea of prune juice in Dr. Pepper is only urban legend. I'll let you know if I find out, though! :)

I live like right around the corner from the bottling plant, and it's 23 ingredients, not flavors. It is pretty much just glorified prune juice. I've had so much of it throughout my life I can tell. It even funds our schools! I like coke better.
