Remember back to physics, that matter can neither be destroyed nor created. Thus, a magician can't pull a rabbit out of thin air. It's an illusion. Magic implies there is no explanation for what occurred. There is always an explanation, but we may be unable to comprehend what occurred until it's explained.
After all, some explained Algebra to you, right? Now, it's no longer magic how 2 + b = 3!

Magick is everywhere. No matter your faith. Magick is faith. Its like making a prayer request or a wish. Some will come true and some won't. If you have blind faith that it will happen and the Universe/GOD grants you the acceptance of it. Theirs no "how". The big thing to remember is be true to yourself and harm none.

Some people do not believe in majick or anything of that nature...and that works for them. I follow Wicca as one of my paths and I believe it does. I have seen some very incredible things over time. You have to understand it purpose and intent and why it works to really understand how it works.
Also there is a huge different in magic tricks you would see a magician do on stage vs. majick that a Witch would do or any follower of folk majick.

Magic isn't all about potions or powers...it is all around us and sometimes you may notice it. How many times do coincidences happen? How many time does your istinct save you? Magic is something that human can't handle becuse we would use with selfishness...believe me or not...it is everywhere. Some people have a gift. For example premonitions but...if you don't have it..you just have to accept it!!!

It depends how you define magic. There are several things that we do not exactly know how they happen, I suppose you could call that magic. As for casting spells etc. a lot of these things do work and can be explained. As for other things, well, its a matter of belief I suppose.

It's a discussion among 10-14th century Jewish scholars. Basically, if it does, there is an art of calling on forces in nature to do what you want, but it's been lost.

Yes it does. It depends on what you're using it for. It takes good old fashioned time for you to see results of your spells and/or rituals.

magic only works if you believe in it. It's amazement is in the eye of the beholder. You see if you believe.
