I use the package of onion dip, add the sour cream per the instructions on the back of the package and then add several Tbsp of chopped garlic. Taste it to see when enough is enough.

That one is really good with Oy! Pita chips with Sea Salt. Yummy maybe I'll be whipping some up tonight.

I just use a package of cream cheese, a little sour cream, garlic powder and salt (put in to your liking), I add some dill, but I have also used a little bit of the hidden valley ranch packet. It gives it a kick!

INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 tablespoon dried parsley

DIRECTIONS:
In a medium bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, crushed red pepper and dried parsley. Serve immediately or refrigerate overnight for full flavor.
