Please expand on your question. In most cases, juveniles get MORE freedom than adults for the same crimes/accusations.

Juveniles do get the same freedom as adults when being charged of a crime! But....the majority of the time when a child is arrested he has to be released to the hands of a parent or guardian untilt the court time or sent to a juvenile detention facility!
Actually a juvenile has it easier when committing a crime, than when an adult does! There is more red tape to cross when prosecuting a juvenile with a crime!

they actually have more since it is assumed they are young and not fully responsible for their actions. in fact when they become age of consent most records are purged and they walk with a clear record.

in recent years motions have come up for very heinous crimes to ensure really dangerous kids don't get off so easily.
