Vandalism is vandalism, no matter where it takes place and it is not only illegal, it is cowardly. Check out "vandals" on your browser for the origin of the word.

burning is arson, if it is occupied it could be murder or attempted murder depending on the outcome. And of curse it could be a hate crime too. Oh YAH, let's not forget STUPID!
