I spoiled my girlfriend by buying her flowers and gifts all the time. Now I can do something romantic and it has no effect. She expects me to do all these things now.

Tell her you want to take turns getting spoiled. She can spoil you for a while. Then keep taking turns. You need to feel special, too.

Just don't do it any more, but with any change expect some bad consequences, and do me a favor? Don't ever do that again!
You don't need flowers and gifts to impress anyone you can do that all by self with your sparkling personality!
