Well this is what i do. I invite all of my best girlfriends over and it would be better if it were a sleepover. And it doesnt matter how old you are because you're never too old to have a sleepover. Make sure they bring lots of movies, (I suggest comedies) ice cream, snacks, and activities for you to do. The next day you can all join a club or take up a dance class or anything that all of you can do together. You'll have lots of fun and realize you're gonna do fine without that guy.

You have to keep going. Its easier to say then do. Make sure that you keep busy, " you will get through this day" and congratulate yourself for making it through. Dont stay in, go meet your friends. Tell your best friend how you feel. Do the things you enjoy. It will get easier. Cry as much as you want. Its ok to cry. Throw out everything that reminds you of the person that broke your heart. This means erasing email adds, numbers etc. Start a new interest. You are better than the person that broke your heart. Keep busy sweetie. You will get over this person... will take a few months

circumstances like those are confusing. you understand he's a jerk and also you understand you does no longer be in a position to believe him, yet you nevertheless can not get over him. there isn't any miracle treatment for a damaged heart. there isn't any quick fix at the same time as someone violates your believe in the way he has. Time is all you've. Spend time with your individuals. bypass out. take up a pastime. Do issues to save your self busy so that you do not have time to imagine about what a piece of crap he replaced into. imagine about it as a 2d probability for your self. do not imagine about the probability you've lost. imagine about all the different opportunities obtainable. imagine about the guy you'll meet sometime which couldn't make you 2d wager his loyalty and could manage you strategies you should be dealt with. Time heals all wounds. bypass stay your existence. reliable success! :)

Times like these are horrible and seem never ending while they occur, but know that it does end. You just have to cry it out, think about your next step and keep yourself busy. Find a new hobby or improve on an old one and fill your day with positive. Everyone has been there in one way or another. You are definitely not alone and time makes it better if not tolerable.

Sorry to hear about the break up. As they say, only time heals all pain. I would talk to good freinds of mine and maybe even try to watch some funny movies. Hopefully this was a good sign even though it hurts right now. You may still find that your one and only is still waiting.

Go out with friends and party, try not to stay alone and try not to think about it. It gonna hurt for a while, then the pain is gonna ease up. but in time you'll be ok. I'm going through the same.

I know it sounds like a cliche, but time will heal all wounds. I remember when I broke up with my first boyfriend, I cried every day for a week. You get over it. Spend lots of time with your friends and family, and doing something you like.
