I have limited spices, so I wanted to know a pretty basic one. I can get ingredients if necessary though. I want to impress a date tonight! Thanks.

If you have parsley, you can rub parsely on the lamb chops before grilling them. Or Rosemary, or thyme.
If you don't have any of these herbs, simple sprinkle a little salt and pepper on them before grilling. I've already done lamb chops on the grill without putting any spices or herbs on them, and they turned out great. Good Luck.

I absolutely love lamb chops on the BBQ. I sprinkle them with a spice called "spicey spanish". Its a mixture of chilli and curry spices. You should cook them on a hot BBQ and don't cook them too slowly otherwise they will stew and the meat will be tough. They should be a little pink in the middle..yummy. I would be very impressed if I were your date. Good luck and hope it goes well. Poppet

when i do it I use a tiny drop of whiskey or burbon per chop and then just a little bit of pepper and sea salt. Don't over cook them either... be careful as the whiskey or burbon will cause flames. Keep the temp low to cook them slower.

Good luck. I'd be impressed if you were cooking me lamb chops!!!
