depends, filled out could mean you got fat...but most likely means you "filled out" in your breasts, hips and butt....thing you need to ask yourself is do you want a guy that simply notices you because you "filled out"?

well if he says that you feel out he might be talking about your body or you self just all together, so yeah it really depends on what we mean by fill out alot, its a yes or no situation! but he still acts like what you women call "pigs" and might want what we call honey, so just blow it off and forget it even matters he is nothing but and immature jerk!

There is a few interperations. If he has known your for a long time and hasn't seen you in awhile, he is probably talking about your chest. If he is an inconsider it person, he might be telling you that you are gaining weight. Most likely is he talking about your chest.

He is not very gentlemen like if he meant it the way people are saying he could've meant it. I don't think he is relationship material. He is probably after sex. I mean couldn't he find something better to compliment you on?If thats what he wanted to do.

It could mean he thought you were too skinny before and now you have become more shapely and healthy looking, or he could be saying you are fat. It is hard to say since I don't know what his previous opinions were. Why not just ask him?

I wouldn't know if he likes you, but it's sounds like a compliment (and if it is it's certainly a good bet). Kind of like saying: "You are filling those jeans in all the right places."
So yeah, it's a compliment in my book, and maybe he likes you. Don't know about that one.
