bcoz salt usually makes more saliva in our mouth. as u eat salty food the taste buds on ur tongue get exited.if u eat anything other than salt food ur tongue feels so tiresome.also ur stomach takes salty food with ur saliva so u feel as if ur stomach is fulled. u cant eat anymore now.

Me to I can't really eat salty foods

It might be high blood pressure

probably because salty foods makes you drink water a lot which fills up your stomach thus the sense of early satiety.
