first of all refer back to your offer letter if there is a probation period like 90 days, or you can ask if you have had some sizable accomplishments, or have added additional duties to your current role. It doesn't hurt to ask.

Some places have it in their handbook with dates and requirements.

In own experience I've received raises usually around 6 mths to a year depending on what type of work.

6 months to a year though a year is better but in order to get araise what other tasks have you picked up. why do you deserve a raise

At least 90 days, many employers do a 90-day review.

3 months ,it could also go upto 6 months.
