i require 2100cal veryday,but wen on diet ,min shuld be1200 coz if it is less than that,then ur muscles will get dstroyed
hav brkfast of 200 cal and lunch of 450 cal snacks of 100 cal
and dinner of 450 ca;l
and walk 1hr till u sweat or walk 1/2 hr in mor and 1/2 hr in eve

Keep a food diary. Count how many calories you eat in a day. Too lose the recommended 2lbs a week you need to cut out 500 calories a day. It is easy, you can switch your fave foods to low fat and low cal. Watch out though, some low fat foods have higher calories cuz they add more sugar for a better taste. Plus if you excercise 30 mins a day, you will burn more calories than you did before and that will increase the weightloss.

That depends on how tall you are, how fit you are, etc.
As long as you burn more calories than you consume, you will lose weight.
Healthy is the only way to do it right, and keep it off.
