any diet pill is going to have some sort of effect. but just remember pills are quick fix. in the long term youll gain just as fast once you stop them. over use may effect yr kidneys. go on an eating and excercise plan. in the long run you pick up a good healthy eating habbit which will last a life time if yr serious. could find some tips from here>>

I use Hydroxycut and haven't noticed any changes in my libido.Maybe it's something else.

yes if youre overwiehgt they cut your fat stores, and that helps you look better feel better and DO better
