Jesus existed 1st, in the form of the Word (John 1:1-3; 8:58). Of the human personalities, Noah came before Moses. Then Jesus took on flesh and came to earth many years later (John 1:4)
PS they're not fictional "characters," but real persons that actually lived.

In the sense that Jesus, being God the Son, existed from all eternity, Jesus would have come first. However, that said, the Son existed from all eternity, but the Incarnation didn't happen until well after both Moses and Noah. Thus, in the sense of "In which order did these three figures appear on the earth?" the answer is Noah, Moses, Jesus.

Noah, then Moses, then Jesus. For Noah and Moses you can find them in Genesis. You read about Jesus until the New Testament.
