How can a food label state that a certain product contains partially hydrogenated vegetable oil, but simultaneously contain 0 grams of trans fat?

Products often may contain small amounts of an ingredient, and although, there is hydrogenated vegetable oil in the product, it is not above a certain amount of grams of fat, and therefore the company can legally state that there is zero grams of fat in the product on the food label. Either that, or a miss print.
Food can be so tricky!

Both are good for you, each fruit/vegetable has different vitamins. Thus as more variety, as better. Vegetables have generally less sugar than fruits.
