Eggs will make your hair healthier & shiny, make sure you rinse the eggs out with cool water, warm water will make them scrabble in your hair.

no. there is nothing topical that will help to grow hair faster longer, but eggs will help to make it shinier. you may have heard that using mayo will do the same ( because there are eggs in it ) but who wants to smell like mayo anyway! try vinegar and rinsing with cold water, all of these things close the cuticle of your hair and help it to look much healthier.

It's not what you put on your hair, but what you put in your system. Eggs are protein, but you need to ingest them. If you
eat a healthy diet it will do more good than anything. Of course
if your hair is dry & brittle you can use conditioner to keep it
from breaking etc.

No, eggs only work to help your hair look shiny & healthy. Be sure to rinse them out completely if you do try them. You wouldn't want to smell like rotten eggs later in the day.

If you mean grow longer faster then no. The growth rate of your hair is determined by your genes just like the color and texture.
