Depends on the age of the girl. If shes a teenager 15-18 then no more than 2 yrs. If shes in her 20's id say 4-6 yrs and after 30 who cares.

Depends on how old you are. The older people are, the less significant an age difference is. If you are 15 and he's 20, hell no. If you are 30 and he's 35, that's different. Personally, I like men my own age - any older and they are losing their looks a lot, any younger and they are immature usually.
