What I lose 5lbs after my extraction and then start a diet and exercise regimen. Will the weight stay off?

It sounds like you will, keep up with the diet and excercize, drink plety of warter, and brewed green tea, or green tea extract is excellent for helping lose and maintain weightloss!

Sure, you can keep it off. Just be careful and follow the dentist's guidelines for exercise after the extraction.

Yeah if you eat right, drink lots of water, and exercise u will loose more weight.
