i dont believe that, but now i feel somethin wrong with my body, i feel cold all day ( hot day or cold day), and i feel anything lives at my hump, i've check to doc... but he just say, " you work so hard" then i test my blood, doc say "high blood pressure". so he give some medicine, but i feel so bad until now, i confusion now, i cant stand with the sun shine (cause i fell my bones broke of pieces).

Poor circulation makes you feel the cold. You need to exercise to sort that out.
High blood pressure - do some relaxation exercises, take the medication and try to avoid stress (where possible).
If your bones are breaking, then you may have oesteporosis that makes your bones brittle.
Good luck, you don't sound well at all.
