What is skuzz (spelling?) Apparently it happens to beer that is left out?

Yeah...skuzz/ skunk/ skuzzy/ skunky whatever you want to call it. The beer doesn't even have to be open for this to happen. It can happen in many different ways. Most commonly, not being refrigerated. That'll do it pretty quick. One common mistake that I always make is to have some people over, leave the beer out (instead of having to get my lazy *** over to the fridge every time to get one) and then leave it out, then refrigerate it again the next morning...big mistake, you'll get a funky taste, most of the time it's still ok, but just doesn't taste right. You do it enough times and it will actually go bad.

it is the left over beer that was not bottle quality and gets left out of the final process. It would be liek putting pond scum in a bottle and tasts like crap...
