It seems like my stomache just can't handle alcohol sometimes. I always end up puking and it ruins my fun and I'm sick of it...literally!

I don't hardly drink at all or that much at a time. So don't think I'm a drunk or I need to drink to have fun because I don't. My stomache is just weak I guess sometimes, but I never know when it's going to act up.

Have a good meal like pizza or pasta. Something that will fill you. I found that doing that and then as soon as I get home drinking a lot of water helps. I can't handle much alchohol, so before I leave the bar, I ALWAYS have a glass of water and then some more when I get home. Not only does it help me not get sick, it also helps with the hangover the next morning.

Are you drinking liquor and beer or wine in the same night? If yes, then don't. If it's just when you drink beer then don't drink beer. Do you get sick from both clear and dark liquors? Some people can only drink one or the other. Are you mixing drinks with fruit juice? Juice makes some people sick when mixed with alcohol. Do you get drunk then sick? If yes then you are drinking too much at a time and getting sick is the way your body is protecting itself. You could try Pepto Bismal about an hour before you start drinking. Countless people do that.

Do you mix your drinks? Like have one vodka, then a whiskey, then beer (for example!) because if you do, don't mix your drinks! Stick to one brand of alcohol the whole night! Make sure you also eat before you start drinking, never drink on an empty stomach! Also try drinking slowly and take your time. If that still doesn't work then you have just got to stop drinking alcohol PERIOD! Good luck!!

First make sure that you eat, but not right before you drink, like an hour before at least and 3-4 hours before at the most. My question is do you drink hard alcohol only? Maybe just try taking it easy and drinking beer. Or, if you're drinking mixed drinks, drink a glass of water in between your drinks. That should help!

Stop drinking does sound a bit sensible, but i find eating and drinking a glass of milk atleast an hour before drinking tends to help line the stomach wall. Also, incorporating a glass of water for every glass of beer (or whatever you're poison is) helps reduce the risk of dehydration

How about quit drinking to the point you are making yourself physically sick? Most people don't throw up after 2-4 drinks. Also, don't drink hard alcohol...

Your body is rejecting alcohol, because alcohol is a poison. Alcohol is toxic to your system. It is toxic to all systems. Very low doses can be tolerated, which is why a glass of wine a day is still ok for most people, except pregnant people. (Alcohol can irreversibly damage developing foetuses.)

Listen to your body. Don't drink more than very small amounts. You can still hang with your friends. No one who cares about you is going to count your cocktails or sniff your glass of gingerale. If you can't enjoy your friends without being drunk, you really need new friends.

Before you start drinking, think ahead. First, good breakfast in the morning. Then, have lunch. And finally, dinner! If your stomach is full of well-balanced meals, you should not have any problems when drinking afterwards. Happy drinking!

Try to eat before hand and stick to one kind of alcohol. (don't mix it up)
Also, if you are drinking hard liquor, try drinking/sipping it on the rocks or with water added. The sugar in sodas and other fruit mixers makes you more prone to getting a headache or tummy ache. Crawl before you Run, start out slow, and time your drinks. You don't have to keep up with everyone else, learn your limits.

Lower the volume of drinks you consume. You are harming tummy and yourself. Don't show off, just cause your friends drink doesn't mean you have to drink too. Drink responsibly or you will end up in the hospital.
