It's actually thousand island dressing with minced pickles added. They get it in a big bag that they use to fill the applicators. Have a great day.

It's McDonald's version of Thousand Island dressing, which is mayo & catsup mixed together with spices, sugar & vinegar. Their onions are dehydrated too. They add water to them before serving them.
