I'm having aproblem with windows installer it keeps poppng up What could I do?

either you need to update the windows installer, ur register the program in the registry, there is a site in Microsoft help that tells you how to fix it

If it keeps popping up everytime you open a program, you will need to install the cd and run it again. It just needs to register and can't if the cd(software) wasn't thoroughly installed.
