321studios, the company that made DVD X copy has gone out of business. I do not know if the customer service line is still in service or not. I do know that you can still activate the product if you register it online. 321 studios was sued back oh, a few years ago and were ordered to pull DVD X copy off the market because of pressure from the movie industry. It was one of those things that fell in the gray area of the law but it was probably closer to the wrong side than the right. Though, I only used it to make backup copies of my DVD collection.
