no but it does help your vagina to regain its tone after been stretched through childbirth. Do sets of 30 a couple of times a day, you will see a difference in a month or so, it also improves sex for both partners- tighter for the guy and more sensation for you! it works a treat

I think the pelvic floor exercises (where you clench your downstairs bits like you are stopping yourself from peeing) are to tighten all the muscles up again and avoid incontinence etc - if you want a flat stomach you need to be doing the sit-ups I reckon.

Diet and exercise are key. Not only pelvic exercises but all core muscles should be involved. Mix in some cardio and you are on your way.

it helps alittle. along with situps or rowing is great to do an over all workout i have found this should help to gain the muscle mass back in yr stomach and pelvic area.

they help a great deal, but you also want to run and do cardio work outs, like maybe riding a bike, that will help your stomach get flat and stay flat

yes it helped me, my son just made 1month yesterday and im still doing them. Do your kegels and crunches.
