If you go to a massage parlor mainly operated by Asian Women and you get a H.J as a Bonus. Is this consider a prostitution Act???

no it is not. who defined massage, and to what extent? is it an ISO/JS or international standard that states that one cannot massage the body privates, and sets boudaries??? of course not, hence, it is not prostitution. well actually, no one specified with what you can massage the body. so technically, you can have some one massage you with their ahem ahem u know what, until your ahem ahem u know what....

Legally, the answer is probably yes. In my opinion, it is just an added bonus to the massage. I have had many such experiences when stationed over-seas. For about $9.65 us dollars, you could get a complete bath, steam bath, and massage, the HJ cost an extra $5 and the BJ or more start at an extra $10, and I made several trips and donations.

I think that would depend on if the whole operation runs that way or the Asian women just happened to really like you ; )

Yes, and in my town, they've shut down 3 or 4 of those places just in the last month for exactly that type of hanky-panky.
