am a mid size but i affried of getting fat coz i eat alone if am thinking or anything bothers me

I also eat when I'm stessed or worried, I started eated dryed fruits, or veggies (their easy to make and can be cruchy like chips)

Buy a good pair of running shoes, 2 prs of running shorts, a couple of t-shirts, and 2 sports bras. When you're worried change your clothes into a pr of running shorts, a t-shirt, and a sports bra........don't forget the running shoes. Then go running. Or at least walking at a brisk pace. You'll feel much better when you are done.

You could go out for a walk when you are trying to think. That way instead of eating extra calories, you'd be burning them. Or you could call a friend and talk to them.

I have the same problem, I get a really bad craving for food so I chew gum. Besides, then my breath smells better.

it's all about anxiety, try doing something else, liike wash dishes. it's like a way to take your mind off of it and finishing up some chores along the way!

The best thing I can think of is to chew gum. You can do whatever you want while chewing gum, and sugar-free gum is good for your teeth, too.

chew gum! Or better yet... eat veggies. on weight watchers, they're no points, so you can have as many as you want for NOTHING.

Switch over to fruits.They are good for you and you don't gain weight either
