I'm not sure what to call it but for the past 3 days , I wake up in the morning and the first thing i feel i have to do is vomit, and i have a headache and everything, but then for the rest of the day I feel fine. does anyone know why this may be? Is maybe my eating habits or something, is there something I can do to make it stop? If anyone knows please tell me..

are you under a lot of stress???if yes this could be tension headache and will go when your stess factors go away...
if you also feel dizzy and have a recent history of cold or ear infection then it could be vertigo, for which you'd have to see an ent specialist

for now ,dont get up from bed the second you wake up,lie down for a while ,keep some salted crackers at your bedside chew on one lying down and then slowly try getting up...it might help

I am 8 months pregnant and had morning sickness for the first 7 months of my pregnancy. I experienced some of the same symptoms you are describing. Every morning I would wake up early and vomit, sometimes I would vomit 3-4 times a morning starting as early as 3 or 4 am. I would also have a headache and often got the shivers after doing so from sweating when vomiting. If you dont know if you are pregnant you should definitely take a test. If you are pregnant cut back on greasy and spicy foods esp. at night as they can trigger morning sickness. Try drinking 7 up in the morning to help settle your stomach. It helped me somewhat but in the end even with cutting back on certain foods and drinking 7 up I still ended up getting sick every morning for months. Everyones body is different so try different things to ease your nausea. If you aren't pregnant consult your doctor right away as this may be something more serious. Good luck to you!

You didn't mention if weather or not you are pregnant.
Assuming you are. Put some soda crackers near your bed, and first thing in the morning eat them.. or when you feel your sickness coming on. It works trust me :)
You just need something in your stomache you are hungry.

There are many things that can cause nausea, including pregnancy. Perhaps a visit to the doctor would be a better way to diagnose your problem.

eat something salty. the hormone in your body creates nausea and salt will control it. pregancy maybe...even a hang over..salt and hydration works...even the flu.

i get that too. i get it esspecially when i wake up and sit up in bed too quickly. this might not be what you have, but you might want to try getting up slowly so that the nauseousness doesn't seem to bad.
