Tease him throughout the day. Send him an email at work (if possible) telling him what you'd like to do to him (or with him) but be language appropriate. Calling him and telling him that you're thinking about him in a sexy tone also helps. The point is this: the more time he has to think about it the more "revved" he's gonna be. But don't drag this plan out over more than one day if possible.
