He has to be physically attracted on some level. You don't have to be a beauty queen, but you have to have something he likes. If you're going to be the one to start things off, let him know you like him. Some women think that it makes them look desperate, but to most guys, it is a turn on. And under any circumstances, if a woman lets a guy know he's interested, he will at least consider her offer. Next speak to him and find out what you have in common. If there is anything that you can enjoy with him like you were one of his friends, its gonna help. Also, if you can blend in with his friends, thats gonna help. His friends giving you a good review can do great things for how he sees you. You get extra points if you can make his friends envy him because of you. Show him you like him without getting too clingy. If he's not constantly calling you, he doesn't always wanna be on the phone talking about nothing. Let him know you want to spend time with him, but make sure its not always you wanting to hang out. Sleeping with him WILL NOT make him like you. He will sleep with you if he doens't like you. I'm not saying don't sleep with him, but if he doesn't like you, thats not gonna help. When you do get around to getting physical it would be most wise at first to always leave him wanting more. Chances are, he's gonna try to get as far as he can as soon as he can, so you'll most likely be able to control just how far you go each time you do anything. Use this power wisely. All and all, if you can keep his attention physically, get him to have a genuinely good time around you and not annoy him, you should be fine.

I guess some women can't read. Then again a lot of guys answer girls only questions too.
be flirty. wear cute clothes (not slutty ones). be cheerful and interested in sports. ask a guy to teach you about baseball (or whatever his sport is) and he will be impressed.
ok. this gets his attention. the rest of it is to just be yourself (like they all said).

I know that you asked for guys only but i wanted to put my two cents in right quick...the fastest way for a guy to like you...is to just be yourself, dont change who you are to accomadate some guy, in other words dont become who he wants just so he likes you, if you are that desperate to have a boyfriend then it means your not ready.
