Whatever Flamom, I'm getting kind of sick of every other question being like "how do I lose 15 pounds in a week".

You don't think thin, fit people get depressed too? We just don't run for the Cheetos, we go to the gym to work out our aggression.

I don't think its disgusting to judge anyone because that's human nature. I'm sure when you were heavy you judged thin people. I get judged every time I step on the scale. Someone always says "You're skinny why do you need to weigh yourself" In a rude way. Because I actually care about maintaining my weight. Unlike.......what, 2/3 of the American population.

No most don't put it on overnight most have been trying to loose it for most of their life. It is hard to work out when you weigh 250+ you get discouraged and then just say screw it and eat. We look for a pill to help because we are at our wits end and usually very depressed. If you have never been heavy or fat as you say you won't understand. I lost 110 lbs by diet, exercise and weight loss medicine. I think it is truly unfair that you people judge other people by their weight. Honestly your responses are more disgusting than any overweight person I have ever met.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Most fat people say they have a hormone problem or its inherited ; bla bla, they need to realize there mouth is bigger than there arsole. no one ever came out of a concentration camp during the war with an eating disorder.They need to eat less and work more

They don't want to try as it's hard and demands a lot of work. OR they might already have tried things and it just didn't seem to work out for them.
