Just started dieting, trying to keep it low carb and low fat. Looking for suggestions for snacks I could have without the guilt

I too, am on a low carb diet. Here's a list of thing to enjoy.

Strawberries
Blueberries
Raspberries
Cucumbers
Celery
Salad - (please use oil & vinegar, salt & pepper to dress it)
Breyers Carb Friendly Ice Cream
Pops (ice or candy) with Splenda
Most anything with Splenda (Diet Soda, etc.)
Atkins Low Carb Shakes are also good.

Good Luck on your diet. I've lost 50 lbs. on the low carb diet in the last 6 months.
