over the last couple of months she has started to pass urine whilst lying around she is out of the house most of the time,its not nice for her and also has discoulered her hair.any tips thanks...

If it is either of my first to possiblilties - uninary tract infection or old age incontence. there are treatments that are usually effective (and reasonable cost) My old girl is 15 yrand has been on incontence meds since 9 1/2.

There are a few meds the vet can give. Some dogs have a bladder tack surgery. There is a homeopathic remedy that I hear works very well, haven't tried it myself. It is called Leak no More. They carry it at www.jefferspet.com

Ur dog is very old and Ur dog might have something wrong in his\her system.... it might be a good idea to take Ur dog to the vet and make sure it is not serious.....

you might want to take her to the vet.... but in my opinion it sounds as if she is loosing control of her bladder...she does have quite a few years on her. hope it helps :)
