How do you know you've got a virus?
If you're sure go to Microsoft web site and use the malicious spy ware software program, if this doesn't find it get and use spy-bot search and destroy.
They should clear it for you. Remember though that some viruses are hard to shift and you might need to run spy-bot a couple of times to get rid of it. Once its gone use avg to keep things clean and sweet.
Any way I can help contact me

Ok, first go to mircosoft and update windows.
This will make the pc more safe incase it is just a glitch.
The next step is to go to internet explorer (or other internet browser) and delete all the cookies and offline files (sometimes they muck up stuff)
Then go to a free online scan, eg Trendmicro, and do a full scan, it could be your virus checker is not uptodate enough to see the virus. Then either automatically remove it or use a virus database to find out how to exactly remve it.
The final thing is have you installed a program recently, then deinstall it and see it the problem goes away.
It this doesnt work you may have to fully-reboot your pc, make sure you save important work.

Sorry- quick answer - I'm busy. Go to the site below and they will do a free online scan and find the trojan. If it doesn't delete it - do it manually. If it won't delete - go to accessories then command prompt - find the file and type del or del *.* to delete everything in the folder.

AVG is usually correct but.....
Try starting PC in safe mode and running AVG again
but my guess is you have other problems
1 low on resourses
2 no space on HDD
3 insufficient memory

sorry but you can't delete the virus anymore.. you need to reboot your hard disk or buy a new hard disk and install it. those are the only options you have..
