they are hot but i have never met one but i would think they were hot. They have the cutests accents and someday if i go to Paris, France I might have take a picture with one.

It really depends on the guy's personality. If he's a jerk then no. But, the accent is always a turn on initially. But, the accent won't keep me around if he lacks substance.
