No. Actually I don't think those religions have done those things. Blind people within those religions have done these things. And I noticed that people are listing things caused by leaders within 2 of these three religions. But where are the one's for Judaism? I'm not sure you will find one as it seems they're too busy keeping everyone else from persecuting them. So how could you label all 3 in the same category? Or is it just the fact you don't like Christianity and Islam and notice that these 2 are off-shoots of Judaism.
That's like blaming Major League Baseball cause the Minors are cheating their players.

The religions in and of themselves have not done anything, good or bad. It is the extreme believers of such religions who are to blame for the impact said religions have had on this world, and I hate to say it, but none have impacted this world in a good way. Almost every war has started and been over a religious conflict. Most of which as been the people insisting upon pushing their religion upon others. Example, what the christian Americans did to the Indian tribes. So, yes, religion has done a lot of damage to this world, and none of it is repairable.

The FRICTION between these has irreparably harmed millions of people, the world has managed to survive. By the way, they aren't the only ones who have caused problems over the years. Consider teh Persians, Philistines, occasionally Hindus, animists, and especially atheists...

No religion in the world has ever harmed anybody, religion always does good to you if u understand it properly and in the right context. It is the followers who are bringing bad name to their religion by interpreting the religious teachings in a way that suits them best.Religion is like a knife,u can use it to cut the fruits or use it to stab somebody.Unfortunately, people are using it for the latter.

Ah No. Atehism is responsible for countless more deaths. Stalin alone accounts for some 30 millin (more, if you count everything he is linked to) and he was an atheist. Hitler was moving out of atheism and social Darwinism. He killed 6 million Jews. The Crusades didn't kill a tenth of that. And that's the biggest thing people can come up with.

The answer to that would be HELL YES.

The sooner people stop believing in those pyramid schemes, the closer we'll be to world peace.

RandyGE, hate to burst your bubble and expose the urban myth that Hitler was an atheist, but it isn't true! He was a christian!

"My feelings as a Christian points me to my Lord and Savior as a fighter. It points me to the man who once in loneliness, surrounded by a few followers, recognized these Jews for what they were and summoned men to fight against them and who, God’s truth! was greatest not as a sufferer but as a fighter. No. Yet the idiotic humans who seem to think their religion allows them an eternity of perfection while others who do not share their religious beliefs or values rot in hell seems to be the PC edict of the day.
In and of itself, most religions teach good values and respect for others. Leave it to the male of the species to turn it into a global "holy war" that has continued since the beginning of recorded history.

They've done alot of damage. They've done alot of good. It is very difficult to gauge what the world would be like without either the positive or negative effects of Abrhamic Religions.
