It depends on what is being done to make you have a hard on. If nothing is happening then I would say it just happens. But if something is happening then I would say perv. Is there a reason why you would walk down the street with a hard on? Its probably not the best thing to do. Someone could take it as sexual harassment and call the police and you could be charge with a crime.
