First of all the boxer should run at leaset 3-5 miles. Cycling also. Cardio good for boxers stamina. Drink plenty water, protein good diet. Strength training, especially the legs. Make sure when your are strength training, not to lift heavy weight on the upper body. Of sparring is a must.
