All faiths offer salvation through God's grace, not just the Christian faith. Everyone needs His forgiveness, no one can earn Paradise by their works alone. I've read a lot about Islam and I read the Qur'an, and yes, God's forgiveness is necessary in Islam. I wish Christians would stop hating on Islam, it's a beautiful religion.

Yes, salvation comes through the blood of Jesus Christ by the grace of God, but the Islams believe the more works you do the better your chances of going to heaven.

No. Salvation in Islam is tied to submission to Allah.
EDIT: I think it's no different than Christian's requirement to follow the Ten Commandments, so good works as well as Submission to Allah are key.
EDIT EDIT: I can prove I'm correct.
"...But when they compare it with Islam, they only give a partial quotation from the Quran to say that in Islam, salvation depends on your deeds alone. The correct answer, however is that it is the Islamic Faith, righteous deeds of each individual and the Mercy of God which will give you paradise by the will of God..."

I do not know about Islam, but salvation in Christianity is by God giving us forgiveness (grace) for our sins. In Ephesians 2:8, the Bible says "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:" Nothing we could do would every save us. Instead, God sent his son to die on the cross so that we could be saved. I will go one more step and say, that in Chrisitianity, we believe that there is no other way to get to Heaven, then by confessing your sins before God and asking for forgivness.

Even in Islam although deeds are very important but are not sufficient, we need the grace of Allah to be saved. Now suppose God gives you the choice of taking your vision so you will be blind or to do a certain job and He keeps the blessing of vision for you, what you choose? No doubt you will do any job and pay all your money to keep the blessing of vision. Now just think ho many blessings you have: health, hearing, water, air, money, job, etc...The point is our good deeds will not even equal his blessings in this life, and not at all to get the ultimate eternal happiness in Janna.

By faith in God's Son Jesus Christ born as a baby, killed as innocent, and risen from the dead; this is how Christianity has salvation.
By faith in Allah, in your work pleasing Allah through the pillars of Islam can you possibly achieve salvation. Allah does not have an open door policy.

That is the difference between all religions and Christianity.
Religion is man reaching out to God, Christianity is God reaching out to man.
How would you put a value on sin, scripture says the wages of sin is death. But God provided payment for this through the death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ.
It's by grace we have been save and not by works, lest any man should boast.

You have captured the jist of the two in comparison. Good question.
In Egypt, in the Valley of the Kings, I asked what was the writing on one of the walls. They guide explained that on one side of a scale is a feather, the other side is the heart of the Pharoah. If the deeds of the king were evil, the heart would be heavy and he would not be allowed into glory. If it were good, it would be light and he would be allowed in. This is the basic premise of every religion except salvation via the cross of Christ.

"But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."
Ephesians 2:8-10
For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

"On the Day when every soul will be confronted with all the good it has done, and all the evil it has done, it will wish there were a great distance between it and its evil. But Allah cautions you (To remember) Himself. And Allah is full of kindness to those that serve Him."
Say: "If ye do love Allah, Follow me: Allah will love you and forgive you your sins: For Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful."
Say: "Obey Allah and His Messenger": But if they turn back, Allah loveth not those who reject Faith.

Christianity is the only belief that believes you are saved by Grace alone. All others have works needed to be saved.

Let's focus on Christianity for a moment. In this religion, you can rape your wife, beat your children and rape them too, kill people and then right before you die swear by your mouth Jesus is God and died for your sins and he still lets you into heaven. Jesus sounds pretty stupid if that's really what he said.
Let's focus now on Islam. Problem there is that the religion bases itself on acts as you indicate, yet the individual Clerics who interpret what acts are holy can be as mad as a hatter and therefore only Islam delivers to us self-blowing up terrorists.
